Judy Huang

JUDY HUANG, M.D., is a professor of neurosurgery and the vice chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Huang specializes in the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders such as brain aneurysms, carotid artery stenosis, brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), moya moya disease, and cavernous malformations. Dr. Huang also specializes in the surgical treatment of Chiari malformations and trigeminal neuralgia. Her philosophy of patient-centered care is to take an individualized approach to each person and their unique situation.

Dr. Huang is a committed educator and serves as director of the Neurosurgery Residency Program at Johns Hopkins. As a member of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Huang plays an influential role in the training standards and certification of practicing neurosurgeons across the United States.
